We understand that receiving your fireworks on time and in original condition is essential to your success. We work hard throughout the year to prep for the seasonal rush, negotiating the lowest shipping costs and thoroughly inspecting orders before shipping. After placing your firework order with a Winco sales representative, they will continue to be your main point of contact throughout the shipping process. Once your firework order has been pulled you will receive an email with shipping details from your sales representative.
Available by appointment only.
Customers of Winco can receive or pick up their fireworks order in four different ways:
Do not sign the Bill of Lading until you have thoroughly inspected your shipment for damage. Winco Fireworks is NOT responsible for damages that are not documented on the Bill of Lading. All damage claims must include a photograph for proof within 72 hours of receipt. You must notify your Winco Fireworks salesperson of any discrepancies (overages/shortages) in the shipment within 72 hours of receipt. If no claims are made within 72 hours, you will not be issued any form of credit.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Winco Fireworks will only ship items that are legally permitted at the shipping destination. Please be knowledgeable about your state firework laws and reference the following link to view state laws.
